At Home Zone Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit any Home Zone Furniture showroom with your original sales receipt to begin the return process.

  Prepare for Inspection

  Ensure all items are in original, showroom condition; please note that mattresses and custom orders are subject to specific health and manufacturing restrictions.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for a professional pickup by our delivery team for a nominal fee, or return smaller accessories directly to your nearest store location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the items are inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, minus any applicable delivery or restocking fees.
